Yummy tuna (prickly pear) that we picked the other day at our pension! (We had to change pensions for lunch because Mariel's kids's started school so it wouldn have been a little hard to have lunch made by the time we need it.)
The Yucra family who we ate lunch with yesterday. They are recent converts this past year!
Hna Isabel preparing her dinner for her family. It's like UM creek every day! ;)
TEMPLE! With Alejandra. She is already a missionary ;)
A cute sister we see sometimes in the streets with her sheep that she watches over. She only speaks Quechua so when she talks to us we just have to smile and say ari (yes) in quechua haha. She's super cute and always has a beautiful smile on her face. The kid is Fernando(member), who's friends with Alejandra and Nayeli.
Valentine Flowers - my family asked for something simple, and believed since they were only paying 14.oo (us - including delivery) that it would be simple...Wow, we hit the jack pot! Thanks mom and dad. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
At the temple with Hna Aguirre's parents on Valentines Day! What a way to celebrate!
Washing Clothes in the River with Alejandra & Isabel, so glad they let us come and help!
One of the sweetest moments of mission so far! As we helped As we were washing, a less active member showed up and was sitting there alone next to the river, just thinking and watching the things going on and the member that was with us, Hermana Balta ...went over to her with a hymn book and they started singing hymns. It was just a sweet tender moment so I had to snatch a pic ;) I shall never forget the simple sweetness that these people have for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
These are little cute friends of our investigators that wanted to wear our name plaques. They were SO cute!
ENGLISH CLASS!
After class, the kids wanted to play a little futbal!
Our district with Hna Uzqueda who left to her mission in Venezuela this week :(
