May 11, 2014 UPDATE - we were finally able to skype with Kimmi around 8pm on Mother's Day. We had been waiting to hear from her since 3pm that day and had almost given up on her, but found out that she and her companion had bounced around to different members homes trying to find an internet connection. She looked GREAT and sounded good as well! Her new companion is the companion of the cousin of her last companion. So basically, Kimmi and the cousin traded places. She told us that she and her new companion were FLYING down to Sucre (thank you Pres. Dyer!) on Monday morning. She is excited to start a new adventure. Her grandma Carol is still struggling, but currently holding her own. THANK YOU FOR THE PRAYERS!!!
May 8, 2014 UPDATE - we received a call from Sister Dyer (Mission President's Wife) last night telling us that Kimmi is having an 'emergency transfer' and will be moving to Sucre, Bolivia (213 miles south of Cochabamba) in the next couple of days. Hopefully we will hear more of this change on Mother's day with her phone call!
