Dear Family and Friends,
Wow I cant believe its my first day in the MTC! The plane rides werent too bad yesterday but we didnt get here until about 1:30 in the morning. We got to sleep in until 9 which was super nice but sadly, the four of us who are in the room together didnt have the right time this morning so we missed breakfast! Darn haha oh well, we'll get food soon enough :). Sorry if this email is super short but we only have a limited time until the computer will shut off and this keyboard is different so i keep messing up haha.
I just want to let everyone know that I am doing good and things are great! We just got our name tags and books and everything and we have just been getting all the technical things done. I think today will just be full of orientions and getting to know the campus and everything. It will just be one big adventure! ;) I expected to be like totally hit with Spanish by now but we havent done really anything to do with that yet haha. I guess I'll have to let you all know how that goes next time I email! I heard that our pdays will be Wednesday but I'm not totally positive about that. Hopefully by then I will be a lot better at typing on this keyboard haha.
It's weird to think I'm thousands of miles from home! But it helps so much to be in a place where the spirit is present and I just feel safe. I can't wait to start learning the language and the doctrine more! I think that will all start tomorrow so I'll be looking forward to that. I'm not totally positive about how many missionaries are here that are going to Cochabamba but there are I think around 7 or so. My companion is Hermana Harper and we get along super well! I will try sending pictures next time if I can get to it but if not you will see them soon enough ;) Patience is a virtue! Ah I'm running out of time but I just want to let everyone know I'm doing great and I love you all! I'm so blessed to have the love and support of so many people and it has definitely helped me in this journey and decision to serve the Lord for a full 18 months. I love this Gospel and that is why I am down here. I love you all! And remember the gospel is true no matter where you are in the world, it is all the same.
Adios!

p.s. Mom thank you so much for that sweet email! I love you so much and I wouldn´t be here if it weren´t for you. You have been the best mother any girl could wish for and I'm so lucky to be your daughter. As Dory says, "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming!" Also, just make sure you are taking it easy every once in a while ok? You deserve to relax and remember that on the 7th day He rested. Let's follow His example ;) LOVE YOU!!!!
